We contribute to a society for everyone
02-03-2016: At Yellon we want to be involved in building a community where everyone finds his or her place. Where people with reduced mobility and orientation ability can move around as easily as people without disabilities. Therefore, we are particularly pleased that Hannamarie Jansson, Construction Engineer at Yellon, is one of just above 100 people in Sweden with the certification Expert of Accessibility according to TIL 2.
The certification is more than proof of knowledge. It grants permission to conduct audits and checks of accessibility in connection with the design of a building. But it is also a good thing to have in the construction of buildings where a person with special knowledge of accessibility should be included in the projects. Where knowledge is strengthened and confirmed through the certification.
‘To plan the design of buildings on the basis that they should be accessible to all is a matter of course for me. It is an important issue for the construction industry and society at large. I want to contribute and help people with disabilities to fully participate in society and to have equal living conditions,’ says Hannamarie Jansson.
Kiwa issues the certification according to the requirements of Boverket (National Board of Housing, Building and Planning), BFS 2011:18 Sakkunnig av tillgänglighet TIL 2 (Specialist of availability). Long experience, documented qualifications and an approved test of building law are required to be certified.

2016-03-02: På Yellon vill vi vara med och bygga ett samhälle där alla kan delta. Där personer med nedsatt rörelse- eller orienteringsförmåga kan ta sig fram lika enkelt som personer utan funktionshinder. Därför är vi extra glada att Hannamarie Jansson, byggnadsingenjör på Yellon är en av drygt hundra personer i Sverige med certifieringen Sakkunnig av Tillgänglighet enligt TIL 2.
Certifieringen är mer än ett bevis på kunskap. Den ger behörighet till att genomföra granskningar och kontroller av tillgänglighet i samband med projektering av byggnader. Men den är också en trygghet vid uppförandet av byggnader, där en person med särskilda kunskaper om tillgänglighet bör finnas med i projekten. Där kunskapen styrks och bekräftas med certifieringen.
– Att projektera byggnader med utgångspunkt att de skall vara tillgängliga för alla är en självklarhet för mig. Det är en viktig fråga för byggbranschen och samhället i stort. Jag vill vara med och bidra så att människor med funktionshinder blir fullt delaktiga i samhällslivet och jämlika i levnadsvillkoren, säger Hannamarie Jansson.
Kiwa utfärdar certifieringen enligt kraven i Boverkets författningssamling (BFS 2011:18 Sakkunnig av tillgänglighet TIL 2). För att bli certifierad krävs lång erfarenhet, dokumenterade meriter och ett avklarat kunskapsprov om bygglagsstiftningen.
