Dental Axess – New Brand

Dental Axess is aiming for expansion in Europe and North America. Together, we developed a brand strategy that has resulted in a new communication concept and a launch plan.

Challenge

With new establishments in Switzerland and Canada, Dental Axess has initiated its expansion primarily in the European and North American markets. The challenge is to find the tools to drive demand and grow sustainably, profitably, and efficiently.

Solution

We conducted a situational analysis, including a large number of in-depth interviews, which led to a clear brand strategy. In addition to a more distinctively formulated position, the strategic target audience, relevant values, and necessary activities to gain impact were also identified.

New Communication Concept

Based on the strategy, a communication concept – Flowsperience – was developed, which brought the strategy to life, inspired internally, and resulted in a unique voice in the dental world. These were portrayed in a brand book, logo, graphic identity, website, trade show materials, sales materials, newsletters, company presentations, and more. Together with a communication plan, this material is used to launch and establish the future of Dental Axess systematically and structurally.

Dental Axess was founded in Australia in 2011 and has quickly become a market leader in creating digital workflows for dentists and dental laboratories – thus also improving the patient experience. Thanks to the company’s flexibility in working with an open platform, each solution can be tailored to precisely where the customer is on their digital journey.
