Where people with reduced mobility and orientation ability can move around as easily as people without disabilities. Therefore, we are particularly pleased that Hannamarie Jansson, Construction Engineer at Yellon, is one of just above 100 people in Sweden with the certification Expert of Accessibility according to TIL 2.<\/p>\n
The certification is more than proof of knowledge. It grants permission to conduct audits and checks of accessibility in connection with the design of a building. But it is also a good thing to have in the construction of buildings where a person with special knowledge of accessibility should be included in the projects. Where knowledge is strengthened and confirmed through the certification.<\/p>\n
\u2018To plan the design of buildings on the basis that they should be accessible to all is a matter of course for me. It is an important issue for the construction industry and society at large. I want to contribute and help people with disabilities to fully participate in society and to have equal living conditions,\u2019 says Hannamarie Jansson.<\/p>\n
Kiwa issues the certification according to the requirements of Boverket (National Board of Housing, Building and Planning), BFS 2011:18 Sakkunnig av tillg\u00e4nglighet TIL 2 (Specialist of availability). Long experience, documented qualifications and an approved test of building law are required to be certified.<\/p>\n
